A Popularity Contest in the Robotic Petting Zoo
Come to our Robotic Petting Zoo and get a chance to feed your favorite robot!
Visit our temporary Robotic Petting Zoo in the Hunterian Museum and see what Dutch designer Merel Bekking has created with University of Glasgow’s Social Brain in Action (SoBA) lab. In this interactive public art performance, a small group of vacuuming robots, all with unique characters, compete in a popularity contest. Come and feed the robots, follow their lives and personalities online and through social media, and root for your favourite one to win the contest.
